Sweden is not the first place one thinks of when picturing “beaches”, but they do have many. So I decided to get in the Baltic Sea water like a true Nordic.
Here is a random collection of oddities found in my local supermarkets in Malmö, Sweden.
After university studies at New York University and Vancouver Film School, my (still) teenager son has decided to accept a job offer as videogame designer at a large Swedish videogame studio. I’m incredibly proud of his achievements. To help him move there, and since I’m still considering what job or project undertake next, I’ve decided to spend a couple months with him in Malmö, Sweden. Yes, where crows wear vests and celebrate Oktoberfest in August.
On Monday, August 30th, we decided to take a train from Malmö (Sweden) to Copenhagen (Denmark) and revisit that beautiful city.
After the cruise, we decided to go with the little one to visit my parents in Paris.
After spending a couple of days in Athens, my wife and I were invited to cruise Athens, Piraeus, Agios Nikolaos, Crete (Greece), Limassol (Cyprus), Rhodes, Mykonos, Nafplion, Piraeus, Athens (Greece), on the Seabourn’s Ovation for a personal celebration.
The last trip I took before the pandemic lock-down was to Majorca, so to celebrate the end of the travel restrictions, let’s spend another week in Majorca!
