October 29th I was invited to the UBS Disruptive Technology CEO Summit in Hong Kong.
A week and a half later, I’m back in Hong Kong. And this time I did see a lot of really good art.
October 19 I spent the day in Hong Kong, staying at the Mira Hotel (where one of my heroes, Edward Snowden, stayed in room 1014 and handed over the largest government classified info leak to journalists).
October 17 and 18 I went to Shenzhen for more lectures, company visits, and pitch events.
October 16 I went to Hanghzou to meet executives from Alibaba and investors from the Zhejiang CKGSB Alumni Association.
October 15 I went to Shanghai for more lectures, and to meet the biggest investment fund in China: Fosun.
October 13 and 14 I was in Beijing for a Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business CKGSB program called China Start: a one-week China immersion program for global start-ups and growth companies to learn China-specific knowledge, network with potential local partners and pitch for Chinese investment. The program is managed by Bo Ji (Chief Representative, GKGSB Europe; Assistant Dean, Global Executive Education) and his amazing team.
