After touring the Sina Centurion Palace hotel, we went to the Punta della Dogana (Pinault Collection) art gallery, visited the Peggy Guggenheim Museum… and were invited (including a welcome note and gift from Cristiano) to stay in a private island in Venice!
The only good thing about long layovers is that sometimes it allows you to quickly explore a city, or at least a venue. Since I had a 6 hour layover in Schiphol, I decided to visit the NXT Museum of New Media.

In my last day in Malmö I decided to visit all the museums I haven’t had time to visit so far: Form Design Center, Konsthall, Disgusting Food Museum, and Moderna Museet. Almost all of them free!
That’s the thing with art, sometimes you spend months without creating anything significant, or being exhibited, and then, all of a sudden… my work is exhibited at Saatchi Gallery London and Copenhagen Contemporary within a week!
One of the advantages of living in Malmö is how easy is to travel by train to Copenhagen. So today I crossed the bridge to visit two museums there, since they’re celebrating Art Week.
It’s one thing to have your works selected for sale at the Saatchi Gallery online. It’s a whole different thing to have your work exhibited at the Saatchi Gallery in London. That’s what happened to me. Look’ma, “I’m an artist” now!
