On Friday I was invited to attend Delta v Demo Day at MIT’s Kresge Auditorium , and then spent the rest of the evening at the Crimson Jam.
I finally found time to visit the exhibition ‘From Academieland to Zelda - Mapping the Fictional and Imaginary’ at Harvard’s Pusey Library.
Taking advantage of the excellent weather, I’ve been visiting some museums lately: Boston’s Museum of Fine Arts, Institute of Contemporary Art, Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, and Harvard Museum of Natural History.
August 16th I was invited for an afternoon break at the Harvard Business School Dean’s House.
In partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and AWS Startups, at the Harvard iLabs we hosted (special mention to Leo’s organizational efforts) the inaugural NextGen Accelerator, a two-week founder bootcamp for early-stage student founders from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and universities in Sub-Saharan Africa (Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa, and Tanzania).
A fun day at sea, sailing Greg Erman’s Dharma around the Boston Harbor area (and by Aquapalooza) with friends.
